Starting off with rigging and getting the equipment ready and all the basics on a beginners board. Continuing onto the freeride board to improve your skills in waterstarting, tacking, going upwind, jibing and so on. All filmed in the tropical paradise of Maui, on the latest equpment and using multiple angles.

The DVD also contains a section on equipment, describing the difference between boards, sails and fins by three of the leading designers in the windsurfing industry, as well as an action packed bonus feature with many of the worlds top windsurfers showing off in the waves off Hawaii.
